"In August 2014 we had the pleasure of staying for 5 nights at Bay Tree House Bed & Breakfast. My husband and I have stayed there three times previously, when owned by Janice & James Monoghan and absolutely loved it! Jasmine Chatha is the new owner of Bay Tree House and she is truly amazing! Jasmine has spent the last 7 months painting and redecorating and overhauling the garden so that Bay Tree House is now quite spectacular! It is positively sparkling!"
"Like Janice & James, Jasmine puts her guests first at all times. She is the consummate professional, the perfect host with the attitude that nothing is too much trouble."
"I think an absolute asset which Bay Tree House has over other B&B’s is its location. It is located on the Piccadilly Line at Arnos Grove Station. Access to Heathrow from here is a breeze! It is an easy 10 minute walk with cases from the station to Bay Tree House. There are two flights of stairs at Arnos Grove, but these are small and easy to access. We often stay at Bay Tree House at the beginning and at the end of our journey. If you fly direct to London from Adelaide, go to Bay Tree House for a couple of nights to recuperate – it is so quiet and homely. Again, at the end of your journey have a few nights at least at Bay Tree House and you will truly feel rejuvenated!! Purchase an Oyster Card to travel (Jasmine can advise you on these) and the tube is a cheap way of travelling."
"Travelling into London from Arnos Grove takes 20-30 minutes, depending on which station you are headed for. We find tube travel exhilarating and, coming from Adelaide where public transport leaves a lot to be desired, travelling on the tube adds to the fun of the visit!"
|"The breakfast Jasmine provides is excellent, there are always snacks and drinks on hand, the rooms are very comfortable and pristine.
I cannot speak highly enough about Jasmine and Bay Tree House – only to say:
Thanks so much Jasmine, keep up the good work and we will definitely be staying with you again!!!"
